THIS IS A 300g BAGS OF COFFEE FOR COLD BREW

Green Grape, Orange & Melon

A light and fruity coffee with gentle, balanced acidity

This special lot comes from Aponte, a high-altitude town in Colombia’s Nariño region. Produced by a small group of indigenous Inga farmers, this honey-processed coffee is the result of careful collaboration, traditional knowledge, and a truly ideal climate.

Farms here are small – just 2–5 hectares – and many lots are too small to export individually. By blending them, we get a coffee that showcases the strength of community and shared quality.

What Makes It Special?

Positive Impact
Buying this coffee supports the Inga people of Aponte – helping sustain traditional farming practices and supporting community rebuilding after major earthquake damage in recent years.

Rare Honey Process
Uncommon in Colombia, honey processing leaves some of the sticky fruit layer (mucilage) on the beans during drying. This creates intense red fruit flavours and syrupy depth in the cup.

Ideal Drying Conditions
Aponte’s cold canyon winds allow for a slow and even drying process – around 30 days – on raised beds in covered greenhouses. It’s a labour-intensive method that brings out layers of complexity in every sip.

Sustainably Sourced
We choose coffees like this not just for their flavour, but for the way they’re grown – with care for the land, the people, and the future of coffee.

We roast this one for its easy, juicy character; orange, melon and a bit of green grape. But it’s also about where it comes from. Grown high up in the hills of Aponte by a small group of dedicated farmers, this coffee has a story we’re proud to share. It’s carefully produced, rooted in community and a delicious brew!
