When brewed cold the coffee takes on a different character - due to the longer extraction in cold water.
Notes of DARK CHOCOLATE & ORANGE BLOSSOM WITH A HINT OF LIQOURICE
Dust Cold Brew is a light roast which gives some interesting & complex characters - great body, medium acidity and a smooth finish.
Our recommended brew ratio is 100g very coarse ground coffee to 1000ml cold filtered water brewed for a minimum of 8 hours - 14hrs. After this time remove the grounds and store in the fridge.
