Sustainably Sourced Coffee from the regions Nyabihu, Gakenke and Nyamasheke in Rwanda

The carbon dioxide decaffeination process is where green coffee beans are soaked in highly compressed CO2. This extracts the caffeine, the caffeine is then removed from the CO2 using activated carbon filters. These are then reused to extract caffeine from the coffee again.

This coffee was sourced in collaboration with Raw Material, maximum impact coffee.
