BLOOM has been designed to be a smooth & comforting espresso blend for everyday drinking. This version blends two coffees from the Mió farms in Brazil, the result is a balanced cup with gentle acidity, yummy sweetness and a rich, full-bodied finish.

The foundation of the blend is from natural processed beans that bring a soft caramel sweetness, rounded body and a heavy, creamy mouthfeel. This is a classic flavour profile from Brazil - truly chocolatey & nutty.

The smaller portion undergo a controlled 72-hour volcanic fermentation, this is when they dry the cherries in a pile making a volcano shape and using a starter yeast to carefully guide the fermentation. This adds a subtle complexity while keeping the profile really approachable and balanced.

We love this blend here at NONI’s as both coffees are naturally processed using low-water methods, helping reduce environmental impact. As well as creating a deep sweet brew! A good all-rounder drink, the perfect house blend brewed any way you like; sweetness up front & balanced fruit character and a rich hazelnut finish - what’s not to love!
