Hours: Thursday / Friday / Saturday
(*With additional paid shifts available in the run-up to Christmas on Fridays & Saturdays)
Noni’s Coffee Roasters is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and coffee-obsessed person to join our small team.
About the Role
This is a varied, people-focused role combining barista work with supporting our wholesale partners. You’ll be based at our Stroud Roastery, serving customers on our Coffee Bar and helping with day-to-day roastery operations. Outside the roastery, you’ll visit our wholesale accounts to provide training, check in on quality and consistency, and ensure they have everything they need to thrive.
What We’re Looking For
Essential :
- An experienced barista who’s passionate about dialling in, confident with equipment setup, and comfortable training customers across a wide range of espresso machines.
- Confident, warm and great with customers
- Happy to travel locally to deliver on-site training for our wholesale accounts (Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.)
- Someone organised, proactive and able to support daily roastery operations
- A genuine passion for coffee and sustainability (non-negotiable!)
Nice to have:
- Background in creating brew recipes
- Cupping and QC experience
